"The girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful and polite. They assisted us multiple times with directions and helped us find specific places we were looking for. The room was very clean, and they provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "Room is clean. I love the option to ask for towels, makeup the room, or not touch the room at all. The room is smaller than the average American hotel, but considerably spacier than a Japanese hotel. Facilities were very clean and new. Laundry service is randomly busy. On a weekday at 4 am, there were 8 people trying to use the laundry machines. However, a few days later, there was no one using the laundry from 6 am - 2 pm. I appreciate how one of the laundry machines take card, however, keep in mind that will be the most popular machine. Be prepared to use 100 yen coins only to pay for the others. "
