“We stayed in a standard pod. Although small it had everything we needed including parking right outside it. One thing we did struggle with was the amount of power points. They were very limited. ”

“A nuisance having to collect the key from another hotel rather than the Inn that's on the doorstep. Occupants moving about in the room above were very audible and disturbing our sleep late night. There seems no sound proofing in the floor”

“Sauberes Zimmer, Super Frühstück, Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hilfe gab es auch bei der Restaurantreservierung. Im Zimmer selbst gibt es eine große Tee und Kaffeebar, sowie 2 Sessel in denen man sehe gemütlich sitzt. Aussicht ist toll und sehr ruhig gelegen. Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier her zu kommen. Die Gastgeber haben die Einrichtung sehr gut durchdacht und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das beste B&B auf unserer Schottlandrundreise. Besser als jede Hotelkette.”

“We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and elegant Merchant’s Suite, which had a wood stove and a jetted tub. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed all the breakfast options and we had dinner multiple nights in the pub- delicious. ”

“Everything about this hotel was lovely. The location is just fab and the décor delightful. Rooms are smart and the owners so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! This hotel it was so handy close to the centre the centre just 4 minutes walk and there was ample parking too. Finally before you leave take your camera and head upstairs to the lounge area you will get the most amazing photos from the huge bay window looking out over the water. I'll definitely go back :-)”

“Superb location with breathtaking views. Excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious. But the crown in their jewel was the staff, professional, curtious and attentive. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough.”

The gym is excellent, the pool is nice and warm, though too crowded and may be a bit small for the hotel size plus club members plus lodges. Due to the beautiful location it is complicated to get around without a car. ”
