"Our room was exactly like the pictures online. The room was very clean . The beds were comfortable. It was quiet at night . Our car was parked right outside. We would stay there again."

"Our room was good but the condition of the hallway was terrible with a busted out window blocked up with fiberglass insulation, plastic and tape. The ceiling by the elevator had panels open exposing wires etc. Elevator very old and noisy. The free breakfast was minimal with cheap chicken bologna offered instead of sausage or bacon. Only a couple of cereals, and no yogurt or dairy free milk options, or pancakes. The neighborhood was also not to our liking. Right by major highways and very noisy especially at night when trying to sleep. As the rooms faced the highways. We won't be back."

"It smells like old cigarettes, the sheets had dirty spots on them and so did the cushions. The bathroom is super tiny and the shower tiles are in ruins. There's like fluid spots all over that seems like they've been half cleaned. There are no outlets. I need to say one nice thing about the place and it's that the lady at the front desk was really nice and sweet."

"This hotel was wonderful for our young kids! We rented the family suite which gave us all a little extra space. The pool and slide were great for beginner swimmers. The splash pad is permanently out of service which was a little disappointing for our kiddos, but otherwise everything was wonderful. The staff was lovely and attentive! "

"DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE. This company is unreachable. Try calling the number, it goes nowhere. Same with the email. Do NOT STAY HERE. After booking through expedia, they never contacted me to confirm until 15 mins before 4pm on the day of. Expedia tells me this place DENIED my refund request, after having to stay somewhere else and for one less day. If you are booking with your child near the biodome, prepare an alternative location and get you child ready for disappintment, as that is all that awaits you here. Im formally disputing the charges with VISA."

"Internet sucked. Other than that a great experience. Pool was warm and clean. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were at our room within minutes. Kids forgot their tooth brushes and the front desk had spare ones. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Let us check-in 2 hours early. When we mentioned we were there for the biodome etc they provided useful information. Overall a great experience"
