“나이아가라 자동차 여행중 이용했습니다. 늦은 체크인에도 친절하게 맞아주었습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 룸도 편안했습니다. 다만 주변에 편의시설이 없다는게 좀 아쉽습니다. ”

“Inn is beautiful and historic. Inn and all rooms were clean, nicely decorated with natural and historic scenes. The bathroom was spacious with soft and plush towels. Dining area lovely with long wooden table. Chef was very nice and her breakfast was excellent and tastefully laid out. Hope to return for a longer stay in the future.”

“Outside of the hotel looked very rundown but the inside was very nice. There was a very shady person lurking outside by the door that made us feel unsafe. When I went to check in no one was there even after ringing the bell. Someone was there after I brought our luggage in though. The fourth floor smelled heavily like weed even though there were signs everywhere saying no smoking. Our room was very nice. Bed was uncomfortable for me personally but not for anyone else.”

“Cute bed & breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming. Location is on main street within walking distance to shops but far away enough that it isn't noisy. ”

“Everything is new but not that functional. Pillows were too firm. Made sleeping uncomfortable. There was no outlets for our CPAP machines in easily accessible places. No comfortable chair to relax in. Bathroom door was painted dark grey and closed automatically so no way to use nightlight. ”

“The room was not worth the cost. Thankfully we only needed it for 1 night for a wedding nearby but the bed was awful. Check in was confusing, it was at the bar. We could deal with it being less eye appealing if the price matched it. Would not recommend. ”

“Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”

“The "apartment" we had rented on the first floor was "unavailable" so they have us the whole upstairs. There was no way to secure the upstairs had anytime been in the apartment below. However, no one was on that apartment during our stay l, luckily. It was basically a frat house vibe upstairs, it was 10 degrees overnight and the heat couldn't keep up. We froze while we slept. Not to mention the scurrying in the attic I heard when I was using the bathroom. Should not be listed on hotels.com.”
