“The whole place was elegant & clean. Check-in went easy. Only complaint was we scheduled the shuttle to the airport for 5 am on the night we arrived; also double-checked it the night before departure. Shuttle didn't arrive, told my name was not on the list! Then, the driver forgot to close the back doors!....we were lucky our luggage was not all over the highway.”

“I went for my husband birthday we looking for outdoor pool hotel . I call them before do the reservation to ask if the pool is on service that they said yes and when I get there they have the pool close . I make a reservation only because they have outdoor pool and I can’t enyou it .”

“Had a great dinner in the restaurant. Enjoyed a little hike on the cresent trail. Had a nice family dinner outside around the fire pit. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations which we did not know until we were checking in - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful- walking distance to downtown, local parks and the lake.”

“I didn't know that Easter weekend was considered off season, so none of the spa amenities (which is why we went) were available. We had to find places off site to get those services. Only one of the restaurants on site were open more than 1 day of the trip. The more pub style restaurant was only open 1 day and they had no openings if you didn't book a reservation. I have a teenager and the only restaurant of the two that was open, was the more formal one and they did not have enough of a...
