“Overall, our stay at the RIT inn had some positives, but was overshadowed by significant service and billing issues. “The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations which we did not know until we were checking in - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful- walking distance to downtown, local parks and the lake.”
