2/10 Terrible

"Room was terrible, got a smoking room and it smelled like it had been closed up and chain smoked in for days. Curtains had burn holes im them. Door lock was broken. Wals had craxks and holes all thru the room, bathroom was the worst, very unclean, there was dried blood on the wall next to comode, bathroom floor had not been mopped in a very long time. Roaches were seen several times crawling around mainly in bathroom. The furniture was broke (both chairs in the room). Pictures were taken of all of these things and staff acted very noncholant."
