“The picture on the site did not match the room that we ended up getting. On the website it showed a room with a sliding door going out to the parking lot, what we got was a room with a window on the second floor. Very different, Then when we asked for a room with the sliding door, they were all booked. The doors to most of the room seemed to close very abruptly and make a slamming noise. “This “Stayvaction for a night” did not disappoint. Lovely view, friendly staff, spacious room and the Taste of Italy Night in the dining room was a wonderful meal. This time of year it is hard to use the golf course and outdoor pool, but they are equipped with a spa, workout room, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Just what we needed to recharge without having to travel hours to do so. Can’t wait to go back.”

“Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. “Hot tub was disgusting, scum floating and on edge of tub. Pool had sand in it and stairs going in were dirty. Previous reviews over the last 3 years have said the same thing. Hot tub was not hot. The shower in the room took a long a time to heat up and ran out of hot water fast. The grout in the tile surround was not clean. The room wasn’t as updated as the pictures suggest. Not a fresh smell in the hallway and room. Breakfast is not free as advertised. Corporate is apparently aware of this and...
