Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the offices and observe what is actually happening. Oh in closing, management will deny this but if you are hispanic, you get priority and Anglos have to wait.

7월에 가서 그런가 너무 덥고 습해요. 녹조가 꼈는지 바다에선 하수구 냄새가 강하가 올라와요 그래서 베란다 문을 열면 객실내 하수구 냄새가 진동하게됩니다 거기에 습기가 많아서 에어컨을 키지 않으면 바닥이 축축해서 미끄러울정도에요. 근데 이게 호텔문제가 아니라 자연문제라서.. 그거외에는 식사도 맛있었고 직원들도 굉장히 친절했습니다 특히 Personal Assistant Jin 이분이 매일 스케줄을 알려주시고 레스토랑 예약도 해주시고 문제가 생기면 다 도와주시고 비행기 시간에 마춰서 late checkout 도 미리 해주셔서 정말 아무 걱정없이 놀고올수있었어요 정말 감사합니다!! 바다빼곤 전부 최고인 리조트! 추천해요!
