"We had an ocean view room in the main building facing both the long pool and the ocean. Room and bathroom are on the smaller side but updated with comfortable beds, small refrigerator and a walk in closet. Impeccably clean. Two shower heads (rain and flexible) were a nice touch. Service was friendly and attentive: from front desk to cleaning staff to pool and beach and restaurant service. "

"I never got to check in. They had no electric and told me to book elsewhere and then lord to Expedia and said I was a no show. When I went there and asked them to please check the cameras they said they weren’t on bevause there was no lights. If that’s true then how it goes to show that no one was able to check in. "

"They were so kind and accommodating. Hugo was helpful and welcoming. Room was clean, bed comfy. The pool and outside areas were still under construction, but it looks like it will be awesome once it’s done. We will book again our next visit. "

"Breakfast was great and I love the area, great restaurants near the hotel! The staff was extremely professional and helpful! The only drawbacks were that the rooms are very small, and the airconditioning in my room didn't work very well. It would not go below 71 degrees. Had there not been a ceiling fan in the room, I would have been very hot."
