Wonderful property! Great staff! Only complaint was there was no hot water the first morning of our stay. Everything else was perfect.

Overall great hotel. Really did not like the maze from the garage to get to the front desk. Would have been nice to know about this at booking; however I did enjoy the free parking. Room was nice, good size, clean. Restaurant on site was good. No room service in the morning for breakfast; slight inconvenience. Proximity to local restaurants, movie theater and shops was nice.

Great range of options for things to do and eat. Did not like no transportation to airport until 7am when we needed to go earlier then also Asheville uber drivers & taxi rides say they are coming and then don't, unreliable transport. How frustrating when so close to airport. "Free airport shuttle" was why we booked here, but pleasantly surprised with all the other amenities there.

Room and hotel dining were great! Bed a pillows were the most comfortable. Loved the location! Lots of shops nearby.

Great location: in a town center so many dining options (Luella’s BBQ) was awesome; shopping, there’s also a movie theater, bus stop by the YMCA. Not sure why the Hilton doesn’t promote public transportation because it costs $1.00 and Lyft is $18 plus taxes and fees! You need transportation to get to downtown and River Arts District. The beds are too soft; if you have back issues as I do, it will be uncomfortable! The safe in the room didn’t work and housekeeping never came as we requested. Overall a great stay!
