The bathtub was so old it did not appear clean and that was disappointing after a long drive, not being able to use it. No service to help me bring my luggage from the car. Continental breakfast was lack luster. The hotel was beautiful, just a little tired.and the lack of staff made this stay a DIY.

Always a joy to stay at Ashland Springs! Wonderful staff, room service (Lark's chef downstairs is sublime), beautiful boutique rooms and it allows everything in Ashland to be so walk-able!

It was a very noisy stay. The walls are thin and a baby was crying above my room all night. Wasn’t as clean as I expected.

Ashland has great dining, cute shops, and live theater. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. We never needed the car. The hotel is quaint and sweet, and very clean. But the room was too small. Hard to find place to put our stuff. The staff and service got the job done but were not super friendly.

The breakfast was pretty slim fare although the coffee was very good. We had trouble with the internet. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

Beautiful historic hotel with rich heritage and gorgeous architecture. It's position in downtown Ashland is wonderful for shopping, shows and beautiful strolls to the park. We loved our stay and can't want to come back.

I liked just about everything. I was not driving and the bus stop was just there and the staff helped me get my bags to the bus stop. The restaurant was incredibly good and not that expensive.

Really nice desk staff in a beautiful old building. The rooms are small and the double double rooms aren’t big enough for three people. The hotel’s right in the middle of the action in Ashland. The elevator is old and slow but that’s to be expected. It’s a pretty tall building so pack light if your room is at the top and you get tired of waiting. I believe parking is free and the outdoor lot is right behind the hotel. I’d definitely stay there again but I’d get at least a king.

I didn't realize that the hotel had four EV (220V) chargers -- Blink ones, which don't require a membership. I love this kind of hotel; it's like something out of Auntie Mame, with a mezzanine and tables that look over the lobby. Our room had high ceilings, and a hidden refrigerator. The hotel is in the central shopping district, but it's very quiet.

Ashland's grand lady. It is run and kept in the best condition. Our room was small but up on the top floor with windows on two sides providing wonder views to the east and south. A really wonderful stay.
