“모든 것이 만족 했으나. 주차비가 별도 인줄은 몰랐었음.”

“Convenient location, great room.”

“The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy. My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus. It made me feel really good I chose “The Jerome” to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make her feel special. Thank you Bob”

“It’s very loud upstairs. It wakes me up sooooo early coz it’s was just banging. Idk if they are cleaning or what but it’s very inconsiderate. I want to sleep in but it didn’t happen.”

“Very friendly staff and great location to walk into Aspen for dinner. Really nicely decorated room and great breakfast”

“Perfect location. Great staff and good breakfast. Free parking. A bit dated but comfortable. Good queen-sized bed. They only have two rooms with king-sized beds, which are the only available through direct bookings.”

“Very convenient location, and cleaning staff did well. Comfortable bedding. However, the overall condition and appearance of the room was lacking and the bathroom is in need of renovation/remodeling as the tub/shower was not easy to use and quite honestly could be dangerous for an older person to use.”

“위치 서비스 객실상태 모든게 완벽해요 레노베이션후 다시 방문할께요 발코니 곤돌라뷰 최고!”

“Perfect location to walk to everything! Staff very considerate. Hotel and amenities super clean! Comfy bed!”

“호텔 셔틀 버스 기사의 불친절이 개선될 필요가 있다. 다른 승객에게 대한 것과 다르게 대하는 태도는 혹시 동양인 고객에 대한 차별이 아닌가 하는 의문이 든다. ”
