โThis was our first stay but definitely wonโt be our last. The staff was very professional and courteous us our entire stay! The room was spacious and very clean! It was a pleasant stay!โ
โTthe staff was very welcoming. The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was included and was nice to have as we were there for an early appointment.
I would recommend paying for the on-site parking if you get anxious about parking, like me. We parked in the residential area behind the hotel and had a very short walk. โ
โGreat place to stay if going to Mayo. You donโt have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. Thereโs room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. The AC unit was clear up next to the ceiling & my husband had to stand on the bed to reach it & adjust the temp. Other than that & maybe a few updates that need to be done itโs a good, clean place to stay. In fact, we will have to go...
โThis hotel was a great choice for me since I was able to walk to the Mayo Clinic. The construction by the clinic makes it almost impossible to park. I lost my car fob and the front desk clerk found it for me and called to tell me. He went above and beyond.โ
โMed city was convenient and affordable for our trip to Mayo Clinic. Serviced by a shuttle ti and frim for appointments. Famous Dave bbq accessible from lobbyโ
