“I was there for 3 days. Housekeeping came by once. And even with asking multiple times I never got any towels. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. Like bro that’s literally the bare minimum. Also the shower has so partition and no gradient in the floor to help drain so every shower gets a nice little flood in the whole bathroom. A+ engineering. The dudes at the front desk were nice though mostly.”

“The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Joey went above and beyond to adjust my room. I loved getting a cold bottle of water at check in.”
