"I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Juan Rodriguez Hacienda. Our flight was delayed and had to check in late but they were so accomodating. They even brouggt some snacks to our room and had a little welcome drink waiting for us. The room was definitely not your run of the mill chain hotel room. It had beautiful marble floors throughout and a small balcony overlooking the quaint little alley/street. They offered us earplugs as our room was above the bar, however the glass doors were so...

"Wonderful hotel that was very close to the Monastriaki underground station and within walking distance to The Acropolis. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was incredible-a real taste of Greece! Staff were friendly and helpful and although we arrived several hours early for our check-in they allowed us to store our luggage while we explored. Would highly recommend!!"

"About 20 years ago this hotel was a Marriott and it was simply OK As the grand Hyatt, it is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The heating and air conditioning were perfectly. As is the case in most hotels room service is overpriced, but I rarely ate in the room. The lobby is exceptional. The staff are friendly and kind especially those who are Greek. This is a hotel that is in a transitional area of Greece-- 20 years ago was probably less habitable and only the intercontinental was here but now the modern museum is here. The Onassis center is here. There are numerous places to eat if you don't want to be in the center of all the chaos near Monsteraki Square I highly recommend this hotel as a New Yorker. The walk to the Acropolis, which is about 20 minutes seem like northing. For others Perhaps it might be a hike. The nearest metro is Syngrou Fux and it's about an eight when I walk for me about a 15 minute walk for most."
"Everything was wonderful. From the minute we came through the front door to the time we left the following day everything and everyone was fabulous. So personable and willing to help however they could. The breakfast was delicious too! Loved our suite and time at the hotel. "
"Electra’s location is unbeatable and that’s what made us want to stay! But the rest is spectacular as well: You feel on top of the word with the beautiful views, great customer service and the fine dining experience. Hope we can return soon! "
"The front desk gentleman was exceptionally courteous and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. His outstanding customer service made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. The restaurant was equally impressive the staff provided impeccable and attentive service, making every meal a memorable experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the breathtaking view of the Acropolis, especially in the evening when it’s beautifully illuminated."
"The location was amazing. I felt very safe as a lone female traveler. After walking the whole area, I decided to eat at your restaurant for the spectacular view. The restaurant service was incredible.
The room was very clean and modern. "
