도착하니 팰리스 호텔로 택시로 이동시킴.(같은 아테네움 호텔인데 그랜드 호텔과 팰리스 호텔로 나누어 있는듯). 피곤한데 짜증남 호텔 시설자체는 깨끗하나 방음 최악임 저녁때 개념없는 새끼들이 방 몇개잡고 왔다갔다 하면서 떠드는 소리때문에 쉬질 못함

예약호텔을 자기들 맘대로 공사중인 다른 호텔로 예약을 옮기는 호텔입니다. 조심하십시요
이호텔은 다시 가지 않을 호텔입니다. 우리는 11명이 방 7개 예약을 했고 혹시 몰라서 호텔에 메일을 보내서 예약을 확인하고 컨펌 메일도 받았습니다. 13시간이 넘는 긴 비행 후에 밤 10시쯤 도착해서 호텔 리셉션에 예약 바우처를 주었습니다. 그러나 리셉션은 바우처를 받고 아무 설명도 사과도 없이 이 호텔이 아니라며 자매호텔인 Palace hotel 로 가라고 합니다. 바우처에는 분명 Atheneum grand hotel 이라 되어있으며 이미 선결제도 된 상태였습니다. 우리는 황당했지만 인원도 많았고 긴 비행에 다들 지쳐있고 이미 늦은 밤이기도 해서 호텔에서 잡아주는 택시를 타고 어쩔수 없이 palace 호텔로 갔으나 그 호텔은 우리 모두를 화나게 했습니다. 왜냐하면 아직 숙박객을 받으면 안되는 공사중인 완성이 안된 호텔이었습니다. 방에는 새 건물 페인트 냄새와 유해공기가 가득하고 천정과 벽에는 연결 안된 전선들이 비죽이 나와있고, 환기를 위해서 창을 열면 난간에 건축 폐기물이 그대로 방치되어 있고 비둘기 깃털이 유리창에 붙어 있어 방으로 들어와 창문을 열 수가 없었습니다. 또한 전화기-안내문-응급시 비상구 안내판 등등 아무것도 없었고 샤워기 놓을데도 없이 수도꼭지에 둘둘 말려있고, 프론트 직원은 형편없이 불친절해서 황당한 우리를 더욱 불쾌하게 했습니다. 긴 비행에 피곤했지만 우리모두는 편히 잘수도 없었고 휴식을 할수도 없었습니다. 다음날 컨펌을 보낸 메일에 항의 메일을 보내고 환불을 요청했습니다. 그러나 답변은 자매호텔로 대체해 주었는데 무슨 문제가 있냐며 사과도 없고 환불도 안된다고 합니다. 오버부킹이 되었거나 호텔에 부득불 사정이 생겼다면 컨펌까지 준 고객한테 옮겨도 되는지 확인 메일을 보내야 하는게 4성급호텔이 아닐까요...동네 여인숙도 이렇게 하진 않을텐데 이런 호텔이 4성급이라는게 이해되지 않습니다. 우리는 다시 한번 환불을 요청합니다 그리고 호텔닷컴에서도 다시 이런 피해를 보는 사람이 없게 조치해주기를 요청합니다.

예약한 호텔과 다른 관련있는 호텔로 안내함. 같은 계열의 호텔이긴한데 길건너로 다시 체크인하러 이동함. 샤워하려다보니 수건이 하나도 없음. 프런트로 전화하려니 룸안에 전화기도 없고. 옷 다시입고 1층 내려가 항의하니 그때 수건가져다줌. 페인트 냄새도 안빠지고 서비스 품목도 안 갖춘 상태임.4성급 호텔이란 설명이 무색하게 아침 조식도 엉망임. 최악의 호텔로 기억될듯

Warning to customers
I have to warn potential customers of Athenaeum Grand Hotel. Lots of things. 1. I am afraid that this hotel is posting reduced price per nights to attract people but send them to other low-level Hotel, named Athenaeum Palace Hotel, which you cannot even find in the google map, without any proper explanation or notice. 2. Level of facility the Hotel is never competible with Athenaeum Grand Hotel. Full of newly painting smell intriguing the headaches all day, not properly functioning elevators, no bath, no phone at room, and Wires poped out from the walls make people uncomfortable and really think this hotel is not yet ready for get the guest. 3. I had 3 nights at this hotel, but the key did not work properly all the nights. 4. The electricity was not working for first night and last night. What a fantastic facility for 4 star -130 over Eur per nights hotel!! 5. Last night, I happened to know that the room is entitled for the complimentary water!! I did not know for 2 days because there was only empty refregiator! 6. 1. Final night there was no towels to use. Zero. What is more facinating is that there is no PHONE to notify the receiption that I don’t have the towels. 2. Final day, the room making up woman just open my room at 9 AM, before the check out !! wonderful service. In short, Athenaeum Grand Hotel kicked me to the Palace Hotel, which with definately lower level of facility, and provided unbelivably amatuertic level of service, for sure with no apology.

호텔의 위치가 프라이빗 호텔 미니벤으로 이동 시 아크로폴리스까지 9분 정도 걸립니다 위치는 괜찮은 편입니다 다만 주니어 스위트였는데 거실 바닥이 막 깨끗하진 않았습니다 무엇보다 제일 아쉬웠던 점은 체크인 시간이 오전 11시였는데, 오후 2시까지 청소 중이라면서 체크인 하지 못했다는 점 입니다 (컴플레인을 걸려 했지만 참았습니다) 벨보이 및 서빙 직원들은 많이 친절했습니다 딱 보통정도라고 생각하심 될듯합니다

추천 합니다.
정말 좋으 호텔 이였습니다. 제가 숙박 한지 호텔 오픈 3일 후였습니다. 물론 모든 상태는 최상으로 깨끗하였으며 직원분들 모두 친절 하였습니다. 다만 한가지 아쉬었던 부분은 새로 오픈 한 호텔이라 그런지 페인트 냄새가 심했으며 직원 분들은 친절 하였지만 초보 적인 티가 나는건 사실 입니다. 어쨌던 좋은 경험이자 좋은 출장, 여행이 되었습니다. 그리고 위치 또한 모든 관광 스팟이 걸어서 30 분 내로 위치해있었습니다.

Nel complesso positivo, bella struttura, bella camera, comoda. Posizione abbastanza strategica a 1-2 fermate di metro da centro. Ma non molto bella di fronte ad una strada piuttosto trafficata. Purtroppo la camera alla sera aveva uno spiacevole odore sulfureo, comunque per me sopportabile, per essere onesto con la struttura, non mi sono lamentato di questa cosa, probabilmente mi avrebbero cambiato stanza ma non avevo voglia di spostarmi. Sono sempre stati estremamente cordiali e professionali alla reception sono sicuro avremmo trovato una soluzione.

Hotel reception and foyer are amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. Executive room with balcony was great but no view of Acropolis as room faced very busy and noisy main road. To be honest the noise didnt put us off as after a full days sightseeing we would have slept through anything. Wee things to highlight. Door handle to balcony was held on with sellotape and tiles on balcony were broken. In saying that, the hotel was superb value and room and bathroom were in luxury category. Breakfast was amazing. If staying here get the red bus 2 zone ticket as walk up to main centre can be a killer in the heat. We would definitely stay again. Also note, hotel wedged between 2 gentleman's club. Didnt cause an issue but best to be aware.

Basic and clinical feel to the room. We booked a deluxe room but it had one small window in the corner and felt very cold and clinical inside. Room contained none of the nice furnishings and stylings shown in the pictures of deluxe rooms online - very misleading but served it’s purpose for one night

L’hôtel est situé à 1 station de métro de l’Acropole, ce qui est un plus. Une marche d’environ 500 mètres vous sera nécessaire pour rejoindre le métro. L’hôtel est situé sur une rue très passante et passablement bruyante. Dans notre chambre, la fenêtre de la salle de bain manquait d’isolation et aurait eu besoin d’un bon nettoyage. Le déjeuner inclus est tout à fait convenable. Les options pour le déjeuner et le dîner sont convenables. On ne devrait pas permettre à l’hôtel d’inscrire qu’elle offre un gym sur place…2 tapis roulants de qualité médiocre et quelques équipements en décrépitude, le tout dans un local sombre et peu ventilé. Peu de restos dans le secteur mais plusieurs bars de spectacles pour hommes…

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was tiny with ugly view. Floor was noisy with people coming and going all night. Upon arrival, a plate of fruit was sent to my room. Upon early checkout, they gave me breakfast to go. Nice gesture. I was there for 1 night. The place served its purpose, but i would not stay in there again because of the neighborhood.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were quiet. Carpets need replacing in hallways which makes the hotel look a bit rundown. Room was a bit dated but overall a good stay.

The hotel and the room were very nice, but the carpets in the corridors were very worn. The hotel is located right on the main road so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. We got a room with a balcony, It was lovely to sit there to eat breakfast, sunbathe and read. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom when someone else in the hotel showered. They try to fix it and it went away for a while but came back again.

Water in the shower would not drain. The bathroom door and floor in front of the bathroom was messed up due to this. Not sure what it was but my wife woke up with little red bumps on her legs.

Supermarket nearby. Hotel was clean and boutique. Short taxi ride to tourist destinations. Elevators which were very small and took forever. They were the old school closet type elevators which you manually open. Breakfast was good.
