I would only come back for the super friendly employees, that being said the hotel could use some serious upgrades. We had to rig our bathroom door in order for it to shut. We used our shoes, garbage can to keep it from opening. You canโt tell the difference between the bath mats and the towels. They need to be thrown out and replaced with new ones. Itโs the ritz Carlton guys, yes run by Marriott but come on the towels, robes .. gross, felt like sandpaper. The throw pillows were stained and just disgusting. My expectations were sadly diminished the moment I walked into the room. I will say the convenience of transportation from the hotel room was priceless. Close to the Marta and free trolley was awesome. Iโd come back solely for the friendliness of the employees. Barbara, who is retiring after 40 years of working at the hotel was just amazing! Come visit us in Florida. So sweet! None of the negatives mentioned here have anything to do with the employees, I blame management.
