We have stayed a good number of times with no problems. However this time we were given a run down 2 bedroomed lodge. We had maintenance men in for the first 2 hours of our 2 night stay fixing the fridge door and a stair gate falling off the wall. When I told reception how unhappy we were they did offer to move us. However, having unpacked and having 2 young children to feed, we didn't think it would be great to move.

Lovely hotel stay

Stayed in the hotel. Nice big rooms, with good storage. Massive bed. Nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, whether it was in the bar, dining room or reception.

The lodges are generally of a good standard and a decent size. The leisure facilities are also very good. Duchally is child friendly and provide outdoor activities.

Had a great stay in lodge 601. Staff are very attentive and pleasant. Grounds are lively and well kept. Slight cleanliness issue with floors and cobwebs in lampshades and wrappers down side of cushions on suite. Food was excellent in the bar. Would stay again.

We've been coming to Duchally for a good number of years. The lodge allocated in this trip was very tired/run down. There was building work going on in the adjoining property and on other properties close by. Not ideal, but we were only there for 2 nights and still enjoyed the other facilities. E.g. Spa and a dining experience.

The property is tucked away in a beautiful, peaful location. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and it was perfect. Very helpful staff. Great amenities. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a base close to highlands or just wants to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of the cities.

Great lodges. Super peaceful. Swimming pool was excellent (and warm water). Lodges could do with slight updates to floorboards and slight touch up inside to modernise.
