Loved Avignon and My Pad Provence 2

This place is a conveniently located in a quiet road by the city wall. The building is contemporary with energy saving lights in the outside hallways. The apartment floor plan has easy flow. Interior colors and decor are very pleasing and relaxing. I would have given it overall excellent review but in the hotel. com description it didn’t mention that we must bring our own toiletry supplies. The pad has helpful appliances, TV, refrigerator, microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer combination. However, there were no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer combination which for Americans are not commonly used. I had to ask the owner and she sent the housekeeper to operate and start the machine. When I return to Avignon, I would to stay here again.

Super sejour. A refaire ! Appartement bien situé, propre et confortable. Le lit mériterait d être un peu plus grand 😉😉 L acceuil a été parfait, merci.

Good location. Clean, large & comfortable apartment. It was well equipped. The host allows us to have early Check-in which made it easy for us.

Great option to visit Avignon center

The apartment is clean, comfortable and within walking distance of major Avignon attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is a great option for a family of four or two couples.

Excellent location, no air conditioning

When we arrive at the residence, there was no reception and we do not see "Pad Provence" or any label in the building. We searched for 30min around the premises afraid we might go to the wrong place. We searched Expedia and there was no telephone or email information about the hotel. We searched the web and finally find a contact telephone. Lucky the phone was put through and Matthew told us we need to make an appointment for check-in in advance. Such information was not present in Expedia and we do not receive any directions from Expedia after we made the booking. I can't imagine what could have happened if we can't find the phone number on the web. I am deeply disappointed at Expedia to miss such important information. All these can be avoided if appropriate information can be provided to us. It was 35 degree on that day. The residence was clean and well maintained. The host Matthew tried to rush to us within 20min after receiving our call. He was a nice guy. Another set back there was no air conditioning (another wrong information from Expedia). There are 2 fans, one in living room and one in bedroom. We found many heaters. If we know there is no air conditioning, I will not book the residence. The wifi network broke down during our stay so we did not have free wifi to use. Matthew is very good to let us have delayed check out at 1:30pm. He is also attentive to our needs when we told him the wifi was out of order. The location was excellent.

100% cocooning

Super accueil du personnel, hôtel appartement tres cocooning. L'impression d'être réellement chez soi et d'un tranquillité juste top aucun bruit malgre le centre pas très loin. Je retournerais sans aucune hésitation auprès de cet hôtel à mon prochain voyage.

Quiet yet convenient location, great value

Matthieu was nice and very helpful. He came to show us how to use the washer late at night within 5 minutes of our call. The kitchen was very cozy and stocked with everything you need. We enjoy it every much. The entire place is well maintained, modern and cheerful. The only suggestion I would offer is to install privacy curtains for the living room windows, because it can been seen from outside at night. This neighborhood is super quiet at night. It's exactly 16 minute fast walk from the train station.
