"Nous avions réservé une chambre avec des lits jumeaux. Il se trouve qu’il n’avait aucune chambre de ce type dans l’hôtel tout entier. Le gérant a été très malhonnête : il voulait que nous passions la nuit dans la chambre qui n’était pas celle réservée et que demain peut être il trouvera une solution (comme d’en créer une peut être ?!). Nous avons trouver un autre hôtel dans Tbilissi à minuit."

"I had a pleasant stay at Novotel. Good location. Close to metro station. Walkable to the old town. However 1 day our room wasn’t cleaned. If you are a gym lover then it’s small with no air con!!
The pool is a great bonus. Staff were helpful but didn’t understand English very well so anything more than basics it takes a while to grasp."

"I cannot recommend staying at this hotel due to the way my concerns were handled.
When I arrived, the room was warm, so I left one of my valuable personal cards in the room's card holder to keep the air conditioning running while I was out. After the first day, the card was missing. I reported it immediately, and the staff assured me they would investigate.
Over the following days, I repeatedly asked for updates but received only vague responses. At checkout, I requested an explanation again....

"Marionn Hotel was enjoyable and very suitable for my needs. Located three blocks from the Alavari Metro and bus stop. The room was clean and maintained daily. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of coffees, teas, salads, meats, fruit, yogurt, juice, in addition to cooked-to-order omelets.
My only complaints are the mattress seemed old and worn, but still comfortable. And the WiFi was a little slow for streaming."
