“I picked this hotel only because I had a very good experience in rooms hotel Kazbegi. But service of rooms hotel in Tbilisi was very bad. 1. I asked to send 2 towels and 2 bottle of water to my room. But this never served. (22nd, Dec, around 5:30pm) 2. “Incredible design and decor - fashioned from a Soviet era printing press. Best food in town. Bath products were very high quality too. Rooms are huge and stunninglyndesigned with super quality bedsheets etc - but too dark. Even their lighting wasn't sufficient to be able to see properly around the room. We also love that this is a Georgian conceived and owned property, not a chain hotel. ”

“Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am. ”
