"Vi valde rökfri men rummet luktade tobak. Personalen visste ingenting. Ingen information, bara en papper som en av dem tog fram för att boka tourer (som vi inte använde). Dåligt frukost och vi fick vänta 30 minuter tills det var färdigt, och det började först kl.10. de hade ingen mjölk. Ingen städning av rummet. Vi lämnade hotellet 2 dagar innan för att det kändes väldigt fel att stanna där.

"Arrived late at Tbilisi, around 12:00am, and had a plan to move to Kazbegi in the morning. Perfect place to sleep a night if you have same schedule with me. Just 5min walk to Didube station.
Breakfast had some warm dishes, although I had no chance to take them."

There are several good restaurants nearby, though it's further than other hotels from the popular tourist destinations. This is not a good hotel for people with limited mobility.
