"I was initially a bit nervous after reading some negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, and the location was excellent"

"First of all this hotel is not for professional travelers and secondly it’s for homeless individuals and transient people. The room smelled like a forgotten senior living place. The floor was dirty with black spots. The ceiling had peeled coming off. The heater was not working properly and was very loud. The bed covers were not clean well and there were spots on it sheets. The bed was a box spring and no mattress. The box spring was so hard I could hardly move my body to sleep. The electrical sockets in the bedroom area did not work I had to use the bathroom to charge my phone. When I arrived I was no allowed to use the lobby so everyone had to use outside office. No drawers for clothes, extremely small soap, no clock, refrigerator or microwave. NO FRESH AIR EITHER. There was no remote in my room so I had to go back up to the front desk and get it. I walk with a cane, sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge most hotels offer assistance not this one. This hotel should not be offered on . It is a compete rip off. Nothing one you sit. How are hotels able to get away with this nonsense."

"Had a one night stay here for a conference. Chech-in and out was easy. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. My room was spacious and had everything needed to make my stay comfy. My only complaint was that there was no fresh coffee available in the lobby. Its minor but an amenity i appreciate. It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Whie the area has much around it, sometimes you just want to be able to stay in for a meal. Id definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area. "

"Don’t waste your time here, especially if you have kids. The first room we had was clearly recently smoked in. We told the front desk and they gave us another room that also smelled like smoke and had mold. The person at the front desk told us the only other option was a bed that would not accommodate our family. We were not refunded, and we had to drive down the road and pay for a different hotel."
