"Incredible room with amazing amenities. The shower was top notch, comfortable bed, and water provided for the coffee machine. However, when i checked in, the young lady at the desk never even looked up from her computer to acknowledge me, simply asking for my name and info, I inquired about valet, as the parking is limited in downtown and wanted to keep our vehicle close by and accessible. She said the valet was full and apologized, saying there was parking available at a garage down on the corner for a fee. So we unloaded and I parked the car there. While checking out the next day, the woman at the front desk, much more attentive and receptive than the previous day, mentioned something about our parking package. I told her I was unaware of such a thing. She said yes, that parking was included with our stay, and then I mentioned to her that this was never brought
Up to me, and was told valet was full. She said there should’ve been a space reserved for us for the parking package. Instead I had to pay an extra 50$ to park down the block, plus Uber fees so I didn’t have to move my vehicle from the parking garage, which wouldn’t have happened if we were valet parked. She said she would notify her management and someone would contact me, because their standards must be maintained. Nobody ever contacted me. Overall a fine place to stay as long as the staff pays attention to booking details."
