“Loved everything except the fact that hallway lights never turned off at night”

“we reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation. They showed us a scam copy claiming that they did not did not take the money however when we check their bank statements it showed that they did. “It was great. If you show up late its easy to get in. And youre on the main road to old san juan so it makes traveling easy. Lots of good restaurants and bars in the area and very close to the beach.”

“Everything was good. Good location and good places to have breakfast before going to the beach.”

“Room needs to be updated. Holes in walls, paint looks bad, bathroom mirror is broken, amongst a few room detailing for esthetics. There are no instructions on how to get hot water in the shower. Ceiling fan needs to be cleaned. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The location is great, and although one goes to basically sleep, there is a sense of comfort missing.”

“Beautiful place to stay, recommended by a friend and I can see why, the breakfast was delicious, and the vegetarian/vegan options were packed with flavor. Staff was super helpful with any questions or accommodations. It rained a lot and pretty hard the last night so if you’re not used to being connected to nature you might want something different. If you have preferences for more privacy then I would recommend booking a suite. Bring your sunscreen and bug spray and enjoy the beautiful island!”

“Our room and the hotel itself were very clean and well decorated. In addition to the relaxing nature of the lobby, the rooftop area, complete with hammocks and tables for lounging was a great experience. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to friends and family.”

“What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. “We were kinda surprised by how small the room was and how the property really didnt have any amenities like the booking online stated. The staff was amazing and always helpful. That was a plus. There was no spa, the continental breakfast was the exact same every day and very slim for a hotel.”
