The pool was not usable. Its heater was broken and freezing. The hot tub jets did not work. There was a roach in the pool room. I woke up with someone else’s hair wrapped around my wedding ring. Breakfast was cold and flavorless. Not many options for people who cannot have gluten. I was disappointed with this stay, especially when it is $140 a night with taxes.

I stayed at room 1107 on 12/14- 12/15. When I returned from dinner I found a bed bug on my bed. They moved me to another room but could not sleep thinking about what could crawl out during the night. Not Happy
