This hotel is uniquely ridiculous with it's pet rules.Do not go here ever if you have a dog. They say pet friendly and, they make the reservation; without notifying the customer that that the pet fee is a non refundable $215.00. WHAT??? This was for one day and I was checking in at 10:30 PM.

Not an ideal place. The bed was on top of rods. I checked my self out the next minute. I didn’t stay. I tried to cancel I was told to wait on the line and was disconnected several times.

They say to ask for blow dryer- they have none. TVs are cracked don’t work, killed two beetles in our room, no coffee makers, no cookware or utensils like it says, do not supply shampoo or conditioner, no breakfast is included. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Absolutely zero is included in the price. I had 2 rooms for over 3 months for a couple of my employees. Hotel Would not refund for early check out 3 weeks early. Charged to exchange towels. Charged to come in a clean. Charged to switch out bed linen. If anything had a stain charged for that too. I will not use this hotel again. I will be seeking legal assistance.

Affordable and Clean
Place always has a fresh smell to it rooms and hallways. Bathrooms are clean and free of moldy tiles. Refrigerators and kitchen are are also clean sand tidy. The staff professional and friendly and have observed them taking care of guest issues with a smile. I left an item (watch) behind and received a call the next day that it was being saved for me at a front desk. Great hotel and great team.

Dirty roach infested hotel
When arriving to the room we noticed our room didn’t have any towels, no shower curtain, no bathroom necessities. Nothing, no big deal we understand people get busy and slips their mind. But the longer we stayed (mind you we only stayed a day) the worse it got. The roaches are infested in this place. First had one by head on the head board, then seen them running all by the tv, the worst was once we ordered food, a bunch came out! And they were all over the bathroom door. This place was disgusting and dirty!
