The staff super friendly and helpful. Room and hotel very nice in general. It was okay clean except for quarter-sized bright blue stain on top bed pillow (likely stain), REALLY needs good vacuuming behind bedside tables and in corners of room with built up dust and debris....some small hairs in shower ...

Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor
Place was busy busy New Year’s Eve everyone celebrating! Rooms are nice, staff was exceptional! Everyone was extremely happy and easy to work with. We will stay here again! Excellent value, and there’s a pool on the third floor that we didn’t even get over to!
