โI had a wonderful week long stay, relaxing from a long trip, doing some research and exploring world famous West Lake. The park and pavilions are reminiscent of โOld China.โ All less than a beautiful ten minute stroll away! The staff is extraordinary!!! Friendly, helpful, concerned about your stay. โ

But, the address on the hotels.com and the real location is different. In the app, hotel is located just nearby the west lake, but actual location is 2 blocks away from the west lake. It made me confusing when I find the hotel. โ
โThe breakfast here is quite good with a variety of Chinese and Western choices at the buffet. The service is prompt and friendly. Spacious rooms with varying views in a fairly quiet area. The exercise area is located in a building next to the main building and is reasonably equipped. The setting is very lush, near two tunnels and within comfortable walking distance from the south portion of West Lake, the Hangzhou Zoo, Silk Museum, Jade Emperor Hill, and the Leifeng Pagoda. โThe hotel is a pretty new one. The room is nice and well facilitated, but the service at their front desk, restaurant, and public area are unqualified--not internationally, very localized, and sometimes rude. They do not offer shuttle service to any nearby spots; as this hotel is very far from the downtown and commercial area in "Binjian district" of Hangzhou City, it is very difficult to get a taxi for the hotel and very high cost to take taxi for every places you go in the city.โ
โExcellent location, 70 metres from Metro station which takes you to the airport or any main train station. Hotel room is super modern. Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. โ
