"Our hosts were great, very friendly and informative. The breakfast was amazing!! The room was beautiful, clean with all of the amenities one would need."
"Could be better but good for a weeks stay and bathroom floors are very slippery for someone with mobility issues and poor balance staff are friendly "
"A great stay in Aberdeen, unfortunately it was a 23°c day and the room didn't have air-conditioning or a window that opened more than an inch. That meant it was a very uncomfortable night's sleep.
Apart from that the staff were lovely and the location was perfect with lots of shops and dining options close by."

"The standard of customer service is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a very relaxing lounge area and the Caskieben bar offers an excellent food and drinks menu at reasonable prices. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool which is perfect for those with young families. The breakfast offer was similarly very good and well organised. We will be back. "
"The staff are super friendly and the room was spotless. We also celebrated our anniversary whilst there and loved the wee message on the mirror. We will be back when next visiting for a concert."
"Relaxing stay with spacious room, large shower that was nice and hot. Dinners in restaurant were tasty. Massages at spa were relaxing. Highland cows nearby were a treat. "
"Lots of messages ahead of check-in including online check in which did speed up things on arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and clean hotel. Good facilities. Would happily stay here again."
"Lovely rooms. Beautiful building with plenty of character. Barman was super friendly and helpful-Alex. Breakfast was so-so. We did not have dinner. Great location for exploring Aberdeen and dunnotar castle
Would stay again. //"
