Dear Laura,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.While we are glad you appreciated our location, we feel it important to point our that we are not located close to La Sagrada Familia but in the district of Poblenou, nevertheless, our team are very happy to advise our guests on the best way to visit the city and any important tourist sites.We are very sorry to hear of the issues you had, however, we have never had any issues with what you believe to be rat poo, and were not informed of this during your stay otherwise we would have been happy to have had this addressed and changed the mattress if necessary.The local tourist tax is paid directly at the residence as is mentioned online and on all booking platforms.
