1층에 경찰이 계속 있어서 그런지 보안에 관해서는 진짜 안심할 수 있었고 직원들도 굉장히 친절했다 그리고 버스정류장과 지하철 역이 근처에 있어서 다니기 편했다 방도 넓고 전망도 좋았던 그런 호텔이었다.

위치는 불편할 것을 예상하고 갔지만 버스 정류장과 역도 가깝고 (걸어서 5분 -7분) 생각보다 괜찮았다. 시설은 깨끗하고 좋았지만 4성급이라는 생각을 가지고 보면, 실망할 것 같다. 직원 친절도는 높다고 말 할 수는 없을 것 같다. 불친절 한 것도 아니지만, 뭔가 사무적인 느낌이 강했다.

Rude staff and expensive
I paid 300 USD for this hotel but the quality of the hotel is not worth of this price at all. View was disappointing. The Mediterranean Sea was quite far far away so I can hardly see the sea. The photo need to be replaced. Extra parking cost and one of the staffs attitude was very disgreateful. Never will book this hotel again.

Loved this hotel, was a last minute booking and so happy with my choice. Staff was super nice and let us get a late checkout as our flight was severely delayed. This Is a great hotel!

Really lovely hotel. Nice staff. We had the family room which was great for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). Located about a 10 minute walk from the boardwalk, the location was great.

The Reception staff went out of their way to help everyone, including special meals for allergy folks, always smiling, however busy they were, The Housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent, the Dining staff went out of their way to help and worked as a great team. In the room there was not enough snacks in fridge ie crisp, nibbles as was provided before. Thanks to all your staff. The New Years party went well. It was also great to see H10 looking after their staff ie. the employees children being to a Christmas party/3 Reis

Good location for the traveling purpose
Only real complaint I have is the soundproofing of the room. I could hear everything from the corridor AND the rooms next to me, including the toilet flushing. Luckily neightbours were not purposefully loud, however, I could easily follow their conversation. Otherwise location was perfect for me, room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast OK and fresh.

I liked the lobby area. We had to hang out for a couple of hours before our flight and it was very comfortable and cozy. Cinthya at the rooftop bar was a pleasure.

Not great area.
Not a great room and not a great hotel compared to other H10’s in Barcelona. Shower broken, room small for one adult and two children. Smoking around pool ☹️. Not a nice area to have base in. Staff nice.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.The pool was quite small though and very busy when we checked so we didnt use it.

Ok hotel, but bad wifi and bad breakfast
The hotel was ok. Locationwise is there nothing around, but with 10-15 min walk you could go to nice restaurants and trains to city center. We had a suite, but the wifi in our room was bad and at checkin we were informed that the minibar was free and it would be filled up every day. But that never happen. We were also given 2 drinks we could get at the bar, but we were not informed that we could not get it at the sky bar, only at the bar next to reception. That is a wierd rule. Breakfast was 19 eur, and it was simply not worth it. All bread was dry and just from a factory, not a baker and was not even freshly baked and bacon was half crispy and the other half was raw. You could see some of the fruits have been out for long time or even worse from the day before. Simply not worth 19 eur. The spa is amazing.
