Amazing location, most of the city landmarks are at walking distance. Quiet street yet very close to the city action. Rooms are spacious and clean, mind you there is no reception at the property, and the lift is very tight due to the nature of the building. Highly recommended for families visiting the city. Thumbs Up.

Beautiful apartment in Gracia. Close to cafes, restaurants, bars, grocery shops.... Walking distance to many places of Barcelona. Balcony with a beautiful view was a big plus. Great and helpful staff. We highly recommend Mila Apartments.

There was a festival for the 3 nights we stayed at the property, with a DJ playing music outside the bedrooms - where the children slept. Crowds of people were partying until 4am. No communication from the property regarding what I imagine would be an inconvenience for most - especially for children who aren’t accustomed to falling asleep with music blaring outside their window. Place itself was good - clean.

Apartments with 4 stars I made the reservation, and it was clearly written that they provide daily cleaning, they claimed it was a mistake and did not take responsibility even after calls from hotels.com to the property manager, 2 days before departure after I explained again that they are wrong and do not want to take responsibility, I am going to write a review of the service as a customer Gold on the site, offered to change towels and send a bottle of wine to each room because they can't clean on the same day, the staff is not in the building, changed towels, a bottle of wine was not sent, and corrected the mistake on the site, now it is limited room cleaning 1- The double bed is not comfortable at all 2- It is impossible to use both showers at the same time, at least in my room number 4-1 3-The apartment is not bad, it is new 4-It is not far from the city center 5-parking not available , but there is a parking far 2-3 walking minutes 6-small shops outside the apartments Waiting for an answer from the hotels.com website who is going to take responsibility

Très déçue. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec mes 2 enfants. Premièrement on est arrivé il n’y avait même pas une éponge ou un produit vaisselle pour la cuisine on a tout dû acheter. J’avais demandé un lit bébé ils l’ont oublié de mettre alors j’ai réécrit à l’établissement même pas une seule réponse en 4 jours!!!!!! Et j’ai écrit aussi car il faisait très très froid dans l’appartement les chambres la nuit très mal isolées résultat mes 2 enfants malade rentres de vacances super! Je recommande pas du tout

Disappointing, avoid booking here
Just simply don’t book here. We travelled there as a family with our two young children and it was not what we expected. First of all, they make you collect the keys somewhere else in the city which is about a 30min walk from the location of the actual apartment we were staying. So imagine arriving to the city with your luggage and having to go somewhere else instead of the place you booked. This was only communicated to us when we had already paid 50% of the deposit and it was non refundable (very unprofessional). The apartment contact never responded to us when we asked about this a few days before our arrival. Secondly, the apartment is based in the area of Gracia, even though we love the area it is very noisy and not for families. A couple of nights there were parties in the actual building until 6am, which in theory is not permitted, and they kept waking us up. The glass table in our apartment was not glued properly and it was broken and it almost fell on one of our kids. The leg of one of the beds was also broken and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. The kitchen has the minimum utensils. We also requested for our apartment not to be cleaned after day 7 as we were leaving the following day and we wanted to avoid having anyone indoors due to Omicron and Covid, we rang the apartment to request this, they said the took note and the following day someone came over to clean, so they didn’t listen to our instructions at all. Overall a very negative experience.

We feel that our kitchen is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, laundry room, and all the necessary homeware requirements and are sorry if you do not feel this to be the case. We have viewed the report regarding the final cleaning of the apartment and we do not see your request recorded and again apologise for any inconvenience. Please rest assured that we have noted your feedback and in the future don't hesitate to let us know at the time of any issues so that we may take action. Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé avec un bon accueil. Peut-être que cela était du à notre réservation en dernière minute mais les avantages auxquels nous avions droit n’ont pas été pris en compte et nous avons du les réclamer 1 à 1. Mais en général, personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Un seul point véritablement négatif: l’isolation des chambres! Lors de notre dernier séjour, nous avons été réveillés par les ébats des personnes dormant dans la chambre à côté de la nôtre!

DISAPPOINTED - some good and some bad
NO FINE PRINTS: I was a bit surprised by what I was told as house rules - that we must clean the KITCHEN, and take out all the TRASH to the street when we leave. We kept everything tidy, but these were not stated anywhere when I booked the apartment. SOFA: The apartment was generally very pleasant except for the sofa. There is a cloth covering it, and looking closer the surface of the sofa was all FLAKY. The cloth covering it did not appear clean either, nor does it wrap tightly. Therefore, each time you sit, you need to adjust it so that you don’t end up covered with flakes of faux leather on you. CLEANLINESS: Other than the sofa, the whole place appeared clean. That said, when we tried to use the washer, we found several leftover wet towels in the machine! Someone washed, then left them there for who knows how long. When we messaged the property about this, they DID NOT reply. Another issue is hallway cleanliness (see below). ELEVATOR & HALLWAY: Expect a very tight squeeze the elevator or hallway. The capacity is 2 people in the elevator. This would all be fine except that on day 3-5 of our stay, two large black plastic bags (one filled with used sheets, and the other I did not want to look into) appeared in the already tight hallway and right in front of our side of the apartment. Again, I messaged the property through hotels.com and got NO RESPONSE. LACK COMMUNICATION: Tried to let them know we needed taxi to airport early. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!

Awesome Apartment in La Gracia!
The apartment was great. In an awesome location in Barcelona, close to all the sites but in a quieter neghborhood. My only complaint is that the beds weren't terribly comfortable.

Soggiorno molto piacevole
Appartamento molto carino nel quartiere di Gracia, a 10 min dalla metro. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il fatto che ci fossero 2 bagni, entrambi con servizi e doccia; il letto era molto comodo e in cucina abbiamo trovato il kit di benvenuto con sale, olio, pepe, zucchero, tè e caffè. Direi tutto perfetto! Non avevamo il phon e ce l'hanno portato quelli della reception il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo. Aria condizionata, wifi, persino la lavatrice (l'abbiamo usata però mancava il detersivo che abbiamo dovuto comprare), stendino, asse e ferro da stiro. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole.
