“We needed a room for the night so could visit Galway in the morning. Room was Clean and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was actually amazing and we were pleasantly surprised. Would recommend if you're ok with staying a bit out of the city centre. Free parking included ! ”

“MICHAEL!!! We’ve been in Ireland for 5 nights and have stayed in 5 different places. The Lodge was above all our favorite! Michael was so warm and welcoming and had the best suggestions. The pizza place next-door is amazing! We were in Italy, 2 Christmases ago and this pizza was even better!”

“The whole hotel was very rundown and sad. It smelled like stale bar smoke. The room had hair on the bed along with worn out and sandpaper rough linens. The shower door was hanging off its track. There was mold in the corners and the carpet stunk. It felt like a you hostel more than a hotel. ”

“Hotel was located right off the coast road about 20 minutes away from Galway. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the 9 steps to navigate with suitcases. The staff were friendly and helpful. Apparently this is a popular hotel weddings. Had a nice dinner at the onsite restaurant/bar and then got to watch a beautiful sunset over the water. Breakfast was included and had the usual fare with something for everyone.”

“Nice Hotel , clean and comfortable beds , however some of the plugs in the room didn’t work , plugs where lose fittings, heating kept turning off which left the room cold. The food is excellent in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast , the staff are young and inexperienced, getting confused with orders and very slow !!”
