"The pool was out of order but advertised it’s open until midnight when you call the hotel on their recording. Hallways smelled awful, like cooked food. TVs were very outdated, it looked like ants crawling on our screens . Floors were dirty also. Other than all of that, the room size was great and location you can’t beat."
"Expedia reservation doesn't have any Value as I reserved 2 rooms 2 months ago and upon Check IN Hotel Front Desk denied to give us Rooms and expedia customer service was answered by AI and was impossible to get hold of customer service ... Terrible Experience never booking with expedia again"
"The hotel and most of the staff was excellent. My only issue is that I booked the hotel through a third party (hotels.com) and was charged again when I checked in. After noticing this and bringing it to the attention of the front desk, it still hadn't been addressed when I went to check out. The next person I talked to said she'd fix it, but it took almost a week to get straightened out. It should not have taken that long."
