"The pool was out of service, the hot tub was out of service, the pop machine was out of service, the elevator was out of service. The side doors to enter were out of service. Our room was clean and that’s the only positive feedback"

"First off, they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a kitchen. They did move us to a 2 queen and pull out, but didn't adjust our bill. We had to ask for an extra towel three times, the pool was being renovated and the whole hotel was under major renovations. I understand, but it should be on their website especially the pool not opened. The room was not very clean, it needed vacuumed and the bathroom sink had a full crack inside of it. Just felt it wasn't maintained. I hope with renovations it will be better. The hotel was very loud, doors slamming and people talking in the next room. You could hear everything. We will not stay here again."

"Loved the room layout. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to the downtown shops, to the beach, and along the paved bluff above the lake. The bathroom supplied plentiful towels. The separate bedroom was very much appreciated. Drinks on the patio was enjoyed by my group as well as the well stocked Continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful from check in to wait staff. We plan on returning for family vacations."

"The beds were very comfortable, great pillows. The room was very clean, the environment was quiet, the staff was very friendly, excellent breakfast and clean area to eat. Highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again-for sure! Right next to St. Mary's campus. Can take a walk from hotel to the campus."
