“While the hotel isn't the most accessible from the airport, everything else was absolutely perfect. I paid extra for the Opera view, and it was worth every penny—just staying in my room made the whole trip feel so much more luxurious and fulfilling. The service was top-notch; every staff member was polite, and I especially remember a very kind male staff member who went above and beyond. Plus, the surrounding area is packed with trendy cafes, lovely bakeries, and the Opera House. A beautiful...

“All good though not sure one of the junior suites was good value as very small and nowhere to eat as such for 2 people”

“The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the canal, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Although I stayed in a Junior Suite, the canal view was not as good as expected, which was a bit disappointing.”
