“All good though not sure one of the junior suites was good value as very small and nowhere to eat as such for 2 people”

“While the hotel isn't the most accessible from the airport, everything else was absolutely perfect. I paid extra for the Opera view, and it was worth every penny—just staying in my room made the whole trip feel so much more luxurious and fulfilling. The service was top-notch; every staff member was polite, and I especially remember a very kind male staff member who went above and beyond. “The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the canal, and the staff were very kind and attentive. However, accessing the elevator requires going up some stairs, which makes it less convenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Although I stayed in a Junior Suite, the canal view was not as good as expected, which was a bit disappointing.”

“Not bad”
