“We love the Gainsborough Hotel and it's somewhere we've visited on more than one occasion, due to the mineral pools that are part of the hotel's amenities. However, for the first time in our many visits, we were asked to pay an extra amount (£70 per person for 2 hours) to use the pools outside the guests' complimentary hours of 8-10am and 7-9pm. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...

“We were very excited about our stay in Bath, and chose a hotel close to the centre. The bedding had a large red stain on it which looked like blood, there was also a red stain on the bathroom counter and hairs all over the bathroom, as well as a shower which only had one door. The air con was on full blast and it was freezing and we couldn’t adjust the temp so just turned...
