We reserved 2 nights and barely stayed 1 of those nights. Requested refund and will stop my payment. No communication at all! Please be cautious of booking here!”

“The apartment was clean with all the amenities listed. My only pet peeve with the inside of the apartment was not having blackout curtains in the bedroom like in a hotel. For the apartment building it was lackluster which isn't a big deal. What was a deal breaker for ever going back was that the elevator and halls of the apartment building was filled with the stench of animal urine. ”

Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...
