“I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Texas!! We made lots of plans but we enjoyed playing games and relaxing in the townhouse.”

“Was supposed to get an access code and never got one. Tried emailing and calling no response. So I had to book another hotel. I am very disappointed and am looking to get a refund if I can ever get ahold of anyone. ”

“Unable to give a review about the property because we were unable to use it because we never received the secure link we were supposed to get and when we arrived we were unable get ahold of anyone to get assistance to get in. If you call the number listed (972)513-8529 it will either go straight to v/m and it's uncertain whether you will be able to leave a message or not. Expedia itself has not been helpful either with this so I'll probably not be booking through them anymore.”
