“I had one of the worst travel experiences at Hotel Lorenzo. I prepaid for a 3-night stay because I traveled to Texas for a skincare conference, and when I arrived around 10 PM after a long trip, they refused to let me check in because I did not have a physical credit card for incidentals. My wallet had been lost, and I explained the situation multiple times. The room was already fully paid for, and I had identification and proof of payment, but they showed absolutely no compassion or willingness...

“I love this hotel. The restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, which is kind of sad but everything else is great. My room was clean daily by very kind of people. I stay there for a week because I actually had a facelift down in Dallas and it was super embarrassing, and the staff was so nice to me. I got a fractional laser which made me look like an alien for a few days and they still made me feel welcome —thank you for making an embarrassing few days feel comfortable for me.”

“This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location!! The attached restaurants are very good, the staff is very friendly. However, the room configuration is extremely strange with the bathroom essentially subdivided by a hallway. There’s no privacy, including a beveled door for the toilet lol not sure who thought that was a good idea?! Also, the pool is incredibly small. Perhaps I should’ve known that, but from the pictures, it looks dramatically different.”

“Property was very nice, looks a bit understaffed - tried breakfast in the morning and both days restaurant was empty. Had to approach front desk to get the staff, few tables were waiting. Also there was a drilling job being done, we were not made aware. It kept going all afternoon, each time I called the front desk they would only say…”they should stop shortly” … it was really loud. Food was good, gym was good, pool was good and spa staff was awesome. Property location was great!”
