"We stayed with you a couple of times this summer. Very different experiences-almost like two different hotels. This time, our room needed some serious TLC. Some examples; upholstered and only chair worn out, broken curtains on the patio door, chipped paint around the tub and baseboards, TV beyond our technical levels (our problem), very few electrical outlets, windows; frames and sills need washing and the room has an overall unpleasant smell. The linens are lovely, crisp and white, the coffee/tea maker works easily, our deck was a bonus for our complimentary breakfast and the front office staff were very pleasant indeed. Front office also has a nice assortment of complementary coffees, teas, fruit and snacks. We will stay again if the opportunity arises, the location is excellent for shopping, close to a variety of really good restaurants, theater and entertainment. And, we know there are some lovely rooms, a nice swimming pool and lounge areas all perfect for our next stay."
