“Great”

“Immaculately clean, comfortable bed; the two most important things. We've stayed at more charming places in Great Barrington, but our usual B&B required two nights and we only wanted one. Nothing fancy, no frills, but ultimately quite satisfactory. We would stay here again. P.S. we found some charm and a nice breakfast at the Holli Cafe.”

“Great breakfast and coffe is available 24 hours. Nice location to near by restaurants and great view by water.”

“Someone was using dryer at 5 am, drying bags with metal elements…..Not OK.”

“Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice.”

“This hotel looks like you stepped into 1980. The front door had a gap that let in light and cold air. The wallpaper was peeling. There were scuff marks on the walls and door. The bathroom fixture was open and you could see exposed wiring. Some outlet plates were also open. The one lamp had non working electrical outlets. The room smelled musty. The beds were comfortable and the shower had reasonable pressure.”

“Positives: The room was fine. The staff is helpful as I came with the twisted ankle, he gave me the room on the first floor and brought suitcase and a bag of ice. Negatives: The ground is with potholes, drive carefully. The breakfast area is tiny. The selection is very limited even for continental. Tables were dirty. Hot water for tea wasn’t hot. There’s no usual ramp for suitcase even in front of the office”
