“Clean property, nice people, decent amenities, mediocre location - The Hotel North Pole is probably the best place to stay in North Pole. You have to set your expectations to the location. This is a very small town outside of the "larger small town" of Fairbanks. The entire region is very industrial. Gravel parking lots and heavy equipment abound. This location is at the end of a stip mall parking lot. We thought North Pole was some kind of of quaint little town like you'd see in New England....

“Fantastic hotel! Usually suburb lodge is too old and dirty, but this hotel is really clean and trendy! Like a gallery! And moreover yesterday I watched aurora in my room! It's incredible location to catch aurora. You don't need to drive away to catch aurora in the middle of night! Just enjoy aurora in the room.
Finally every staff is very kind, they are good listener and gave me lots of information to travel Fairbanks. I really appreciate it.
100% reccomend hotel! I definitely come again.”
