I went in early Sep. ... and it was NOT a good placeto stay for 3 days. The A/C never properly cooled my room, so it felt like I was in a jungle. The bed felt damp too and I'd wake up sweating. No fan or anything inside room. Only [1] plug open for charger and luckily I brought my elec. adapter/converter. The airport shuttle drivers from/to hotel are extremely aggressive and I'd say downright unsafe. I was so scared I'd be in an accident as I was taken back to airport. The entire hotel was too hot/stuffy and everything felt damp clammy. The fixtures and lighting all felt super old, and I didn't even bother swimming or eating at indoor restaurant. There was a bug/small brown roach-like thing in my bathroom. I didn't complain because while staff were nice, I didn't want to make waves as an American staying there and get on any sort of list. I felt safe there, but there was a definite Soviet-era vibe to the whole place, down to the lighting. I guess this place was great in the 80s/90s. Avoid, even if staff are nice.
