Only doorman was kind. 1. No kindness at receptionist, english also not good 2. Showerhead was broken 3. Black-out in the morning, no electrocity at all 4. Doorlock battery change when they fix electrocity.

다 두루 좋았어요. 할인도 많이받고 근데 소음이 쫌 있어요. 창이 이중창이아니라서 찬기운도 들어오고요. 하지만 히터가 빵빵해서 춥진않아요. 시설도 깨끗하고요. 아 조금 불편한건 샤워실에 욕조 넓이가 쫍아서 샤워할때 불편했습니다. 샤워기가 큰데 샤워하다가 떨어트려서 발가락을 다쳤어요. 조심히 이용하세요~

위치는 三元桥(삼원교)로 机场线(공항철도)을 타고 바로 올 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 철도로 오는경우 짐이 무겁고 많으시다면 조금 고려해야 하실 것 같습니다. 호텔이 지하철역 출구에서 바로 반대편에 위치해있는데 건너가기 위해서는 지하통로를 지나가야하는데 계단도 2번정도 내려가야되며 약 10분정도 걸어야합니다. 호텔 외관과 내부는 매우 고급스러웠고 방도 깨끗하며 조용했습니다. 주변에 백화점이 있어서 주변에 먹을것도 충분했습니다. 다만 제가 체크인 할때 직원이 살짝 불친절했습니다. 그것만 빼고는 방도 매우 만족스러웠고 좋았습니다. +직원에게 물어봤는데 스탠다드방과 이그제큐티브 룸은 층 수만 다르지 면적과 시설이 같다고 했습니다. 또한 욕조가 없습니다

2박을 하였고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 오래된 건물이라 걱정하였으나 리모델링한지 얼마 되지 않았는지 매우 깨끗하고 청결한 상태였네요. 늦은 체크인을 하다보니 원래 예약한 룸의 스텐다드룸이 모두 나갔다며 무료 업그레이드를 해주어 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 공항철도로 연결되어 있고 시내로 가는 교통도 편리합니다.

整體不錯
整體來說不錯。 地點去地鐵站稍有不便，走十分鐘，要經過地下通道，但地鐵站旁是個大商場，很多吃的。 細節整潔度仍可再改善。 淋浴區設有晾衣繩，十分貼心。 空調有點問題，房間28度，開冷氣也沒有用。

Hotel de luxe a prix abordable, très confortable
Hotel de luxe, un hall incroyable, sur 3 étages, et des bouquets de fleurs fraiches impressionnants. Marbre partout, petits salons pour s'isoler, le tout de très bon goût. Réservation d'une chambre standard, également très luxueuse, literie parfaite, clim silencieuse, sdb superbe, bref que du luxe. Attention odeur forte de cigarette dans les couloirs (mauvaise habitude chinoise). Pour le PdJ, décevant, pas qualitatif et un café infecte. Personnel parlant que peu l'anglais. Et piscine salle (rien à voir avec la photo du site!).

There are two issue I'd like to address:1) The hotel didn't allow us to check in. I double confirmed with Hotels.com over the phone before I leave US. However, the connection between Hotels.com and Taishan Hotel looks not that good. The hotel staffs insisted that we didn't make the reservation even though I showed my confirmation email (from Hotels.com). After discussing over 30 minutes, Taishan Hotel finally let us check in but charged me for the first night (I already paid in full on Hotels.com. Taishan hotel confirmed to refund me once they get Hotels.com's confirmation). 2) I booked an executive room for 5 nights, but I actually stayed in a regular room. Who needs to refund me the gap? My secretary contacted Hotels.com but no any updates so far.

Lyxigt hotell med allt man kan önska sig. Rummet var stort, fräscht och oerhört fint! Personalen var trevlig och hjälpte till om man bad om hjälp. Engelskan var dock aningen begränsad vilket kunde försvåra konversationerna. I helhet ett väldigt bra hotell med helt okej personal.

飯店的外觀為不規則形，導致部分房間的格局非常奇怪，房間的清潔度也沒有到很乾淨，早餐選擇性不多，每日菜色也沒什麼變化，飯店離地鐵站約10分鐘路程，但飯店只有兩個大門旁邊則是圍牆，所以需要再多花一點時間繞進去。

从上至下包括餐厅服务员的态度都让人不安，尤其是西餐厅的服务和水平是灾难的！只有一家日本西餐厅是顶级，其他服务都要有极大的宽容度才捱过一天！房间小得可怜，以为住进了快速酒店！拿房时间不准时！前台服务速度极慢，要预留40分钟才可以办理登记和退房手续！

Average hotel
Stay was pretty okay. Main problem was no air conditioning in the room. The machine could only blow warm air. Only solution suggested by hotel was to open window which only opened few inches. Room was pretty small according to China standard. Breakfast was okay nothing great.

Good conference and business hotel & convenient
Good conference and business hotel & conveniently placed for the underground station for (1 stop from) the airport. Room was comfortable, adequate sockets and lights. Shower good. We couldn't figure out how to make air conditioning come down to a comfortable temperature (over 3 weekends and in 3 different rooms so probably not a fault). Meals in the hotel were a bit expensive but 5 minutes walk to a shopping mall where there are many restaurants (which all close at 9 with the mall closing completely at 10pm) Insisted on taking 500 RMB deposit per night stayed in case you charged anything to the room, but refunded at the end of each stay without issue. Would definitely stay there again.
