الفندق قريب جدا من الروشة وبعض الغرف تطل على البحر بشكل بسيط من خلال المباني المقابلة الموكيت قديم وطلاء الجدران كذلك الاستديو واسع ويوجد غرف اصغر النت جيده الافطار جيد المفارش نظيفة ونوعيتها جيده تعامل موظفي الاستقبال ممتاز مستواه يماثل اغلب فنادق الاربع نجوم في بيروت وليس في الدول الاخرى

Zimmer sind verostet dreckig. Sauberkeit ist dort ein Fremdwort. Weil ich Stress gemacht hab und das hotel wechseln wollte haben die mir dann ein richtig schönes großes Zimmer angeboten. Aber Sauberkeit war immernoch nicht. Es ist einfach alles mit Rost und die Wände sind dreckig. Der Boden ist nicht sauber. Sogar Handtücher waren nie richtig sauber immer waren da Flecken. Nur wen man Stress macht dann könnte man was gutes bekommen. Ansonsten würde ich niemals wieder Geld dort ausgeben.

Personnel très froid, chambres d’un autre temps juste la propreté qui était ok heureusement... situé à quelques centaines de mètres du boulevard où se situe Pigeons Rock mais malheureusement bien éloigné pour avoir une vue agréable à partir des chambres : vue déprimante sur un parking délabré. Petit-déjeuner médiocre : hoummous et olives , le reste pain « en carton », oeufs et jus d’orange chimiques ! Le prix de l’hotel est exorbitant (en moyenne 60$) pour la prestation, le matin de mon check out je m’adresse à 2 personnes à la réception qui ne me regardent même pas et sont sur leur téléphone ils me répondent ok mais continuent à se parler ensemble et continuent sur leur téléphone... la personne monte pour vérifier ma chambre et redescend pour dire que j’aurais consommé une bouteille d’eau du mini bar avec un ton méprisant et accusateur, j’ai eu beau dire que ce n’était pas moi sûrement un client précédent mais on m’a dit qu’il fallait payer, j’ai presque dû jurer en levant la main pour dire que ce n’était pas moi (pour une petite bouteille d’eau à 1$) et ont juste détourné le regard comme pour dire ok vous pouvez partir rien de plus... cet hôtel m’a laissé un très mauvais aperçu de Beyrouth vraiment dommage tant sur le relationnel que la prestation des hôtels, si vous voulez quelquechose de qualité il fait en fait payer minimum 100$/150$ à Beyrouth... ce qui n’est pas le cas dans les autres villes et les gens sont beaucoup plus chaleureux !

Horrible experience! avoid this place at all cost
This place is horrible. It looks nothing like the pictures. The stuff were very rude and they dint allow my girl friend to stay without her passport so we left immediately! They charged me for the whole night and refused to issue a refund. The front desk lady and the manager refused to refund the money! I am reporting this place to Orbitz, Expedia and my credit card company! Avoid at all cost

Great and friendly staff. Always ready to help and serve. Area was very quiet, but everyone delivers food in Lebanon. WIFI was strong. Breakfast was decent. I would go again but will ask for a better bed. No complaints otherwise. Great value for money.

Könnte gut sein, aber ungepflegt - gute Lage
Das Hotel wurde mal chick gebaut und hat mit seinen Steinböden und Wänden auch wohl nicht wenig gekostet. Aber libanesischer laisiez fair und mglw. der neue Iranische Eigentümer lässt es verkommen. An allen Ecken kommt einem der Charme des "technisch ungepflegt" entgegen. Abgesplitterete Türzargen, Wasserflecke, dreckige Tepiche, komisches Frühstück mit Wasserspendern zum verbrennen, ausgebrannte Lampen, nicht ausgetauschte defekte Steckdosen etc. pp. Der gemeine Libanese hat einfach keinen Blick dafür oder in dem Fall der Hotelmanager. Mit dem Pfandgeld da lassen war es zwar komisch, aber als wir bei Dollarzahlung wieder Wechselgeld haben wollten in Dollar, gab es das nicht. Und auch sonst bei Interaktion mit der Rezeption - Die Leute sind nicht zum Denken da! (scheints). Sonst ist es ein günstiges Plätzchen in Beirut an einer der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Durchaus ein Platz zum Starten. Wobei der Straßenabschnitt selbst eine Art Militärzone ist - ohne Durchfahrt.. auch komisch.

Forced Double payment
I booked this hotel for my fiancé for 1 night, and I had paid by credit card. But hotel staff insited my fiancé to pay by cash when he checked out. And he had to pay again. It's ridiculous!!! Why have to pay twice!!! And hotel staff didn't give him payment receipt! It is very bad service. Don't stay this hotel.

Bad experience hotel, unclean and very noisy
The hotel's location is the best thing about it but it is unclean, in need of a renovation, the staff are un professional, the front desk lady was totally lost, the buildings next to it are under construction so you wake up at 6 am on the noises of construction, the mattress was abused and it was not comfortable, the bathroom needed major cleanup. It was a terrible experience.

Best hotel for the price you pay
I liked this hotel very much because of the location overseeing the infamous Rouche rock and the cheap price compared to other hotels. The staff were helpful and Carol was nice, she upgraded me to a superior room. Overall I liked the stay very much and I would definitely stay there again

Ich war für 12 Tage im Libanon, das Land hat viel Probleme vor allem haben mir die Palästinernser leid getan weil Sie sehr arm und unterdrückt werden. Auch viele Syriesche Flüchtlinge. Keiner beachtet den Straßenverkerhr jeder Fährt wie er will. Es wird nicht empfohlen dort selber ein Fahrzeug zu fahren. Es gab auch probleme mit der Müllbesitigung. Aber ein sehr schönes Land.

We booked a room with two bed, they gave us a single bed junior suite room with an extra bed ( foldable in the middle, very uncomfortable and very narrow,even if a kid can't sleep on it, my friend had backache). When we asked room with 2 beds they told they are fully booked, then I asked give a room free then for 1 night ( our stay was 2 nights, after first night my colleguehad a backache), the girl in the reception became ugly, before she was not so kind, too. The carpets of the room were very dirty, there was a bad smell in the room. The shampoo was very bad and the bathroom was very small. The rooms and the service don't fit the money they asked for!!!

I booked semi suite for 3 adults they charged my $250 extra for extra person but they did not provide us extra bad the third person 60 years old lady 300 lb. for 7 days she was sleeping on loveseat do not fit her body I think that unacceptable 1st one the manager told me we going to refund the extra charges $250 but other employee said no you booked with expedia not with us (they start playing game) I used expedia for many years I never had any problem with any booked except with that terrible hotel I hope you something so l can get the my $250 back I expect to her from you thanks

Very nice personell
We had a great time at this hotel. The standard and comfort is not that high, but the help and the friendliness of the personell really weigh that up! We would highly recommend this place, even though the standard is not what you expect from a hotel with four stars. There are many things that are not quite "after the book", like things are missing in the minibar or you don't get all the informations needed. But the personell always fix it with a smile. Love this place.

I stayed in city suite hotel about 6 days. The bed was uncomfortable. Also, there is no coffee maker or water heat in the room ,and there was no toothpaste and teeth brush.
