First of all, we would like to mention that our hotel is located in the very heart of the city center, close to all interesting locations. Certainly, you were informed about its distance from all the locations you were interested for when booking it. Secondly, we are really sorry for the inconvenience with the trash can, we will definitely investigate that case. Lastly, we are very proud of the fact that our hotel belongs to the historical par of the city, where it's building is subject to the protection of the city of Belgrade. The hotel has kept its original architecture, which includes only one elevator, that is why we are unable to expand its capabilities.
