"There were no towels available in the pool Or gym for most of the evening. It was extremely busy but towels were not replenished in a timely manner. "

"The property is starting to show its age. The room was fine, but didn’t seem like what i expected having booked a suite (1 room, 1 small desk, and 1 armchair). Monastery bistro was quite nice."

"Unfortunately as I was entering our room and immediately trying to put the food (a tray of sandwiches I’d purchased, strawberries etc away the fridge actually tipped out towards me pouring water from the freezer part tray all over the food, my legs and carpet. There wasn’t a single towel in the room as I asked my 7 year old to run and grab some. Honest mistake on towels. But the fridge was not okay. My ankle took a beating. The food was spoiled and I had to assist and lift the replacement fridge in with the very polite foreign worker who came to assist. This is with two girls 3and 7 running around wondering why we aren’t happy and excited about our girls getaway. Pool time was delayed and essentially I wasted over an hour cleaning up and assisting fix a problem. I am not someone who complains about anything generally. But it was not the way I wanted my stay to start. Kids were left waiting and anxious because of this. Which carried into the night. Basically it was made manageable by the maintenance man Al who we met this morning and was lovely and so accommodating. And the young man with glasses at the desk. But I would by lying if I said it was what I expected and paid for. "
