"This property was stunning! The historic building and apartment that looks over the city and the bay was perfect for our trip. It’s so close to everything downtown. The place is very nice and comfortable and well equipped. And windows all over letting in the beautiful sun. There was just my mom and I staying there but it definitely can accommodate more. It must be an east coast thing because everywhere we went the floors were crooked so it’s something we had to get use to. And if you do not like stairs this place is on the third floor which you need to climb with you luggage so be warned as my mom had a bit of a hard time near the end of our stay. But even the stair way was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s a very secure building. 10 out of 10!!!"

"Older building , renovated rooms in central part of downtown Sr John’s. Our room had a view of Signal Hill across the harbour. Walking distance to all of downtown. Reasonably quiet for being right downtown. Great location if are okay with a flight of stairs and if you don’t have a car to park. (There is parking nearby) Staff were excellent. Very friendly, but that’s Newfoundland everywhere you go. They let us check in early. Thank you far a great 2 night stay."

"My room was prefect over looking the harbour with a clear view of the harbour entrance and signal hill. Staff was very friendly and very helpful suppers were excellent with a wide variety to choose from on the menu. A good location very walkable to all downtown attractions including George street."

"Great stay. Petty Harbour room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the private bathroom with shower and Native brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was a definite highlight during which the owner Rob offered recommendations and advice on the local sites, stories, and jokes a plenty. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again."
