"First off, all I saw on Expedia was photos of the quaint and picturesque Alpine Lodges, which was not representative of the main hotel, a twelve room building which was across the road from all the other buildings, including the main office and restaurant. There was a washed out driveway with no parking area at that main hotel, which made things awkward when the main hotel started filling up Saturday night. The room was okay, about what you would expect from a nicer hotel chain's room. The restaurant was good, staff friendly, can't speak to speed of service as we were the only ones there. Never went to the pool or spa, never was sure where it was. No clear path to the lake, especially with the construction area. Overall, it was a place to stay in a town with not a lot to do (there's a tour of a modern castle and some shops and of course the springs), but that was what we were looking to do."

"We love to come here and golf. But the course was really tore up this time. Will be back but hoping its not as bad as it was and as beautiful as it usually was. Had a few ppl who went with us and said same thing about the course."

"Andy was so kind and welcoming. What a fantastic place for a 2 day getaway. Clean and cozy with hot showers. There’s a fire pit and plenty of wood so we roasted brats and marshmallows. Can’t wait to visit again in the fall! 12/10 stars!"

"This place was wonderful. When have stayed at 4 different cabins like this and this was our favorite. The place was cozy and clean. The pantry was well stocked. The fire pit even had a wood fire prepared. The owners were really nice and communicated well. The facilities at the woods were included We live very the location and the hot tub Highly recommend"
